Chemical synthesis facilities: strong and flexible
For your synthesis needs, we can offer you a modern, modular production facility. With our reactor capacity from 30 to 13,000 litres, we are able to cover all current batch sizes for commission synthesis. Currently, we are capable of ideally handling batch sizes between 1 kg and 50,000 tons.
Chemical synthesis: we fulfill the highest demands
All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products comply with the requirements with absolutely pure chemical synthesis and are thus either made from stainless steel, enamel or Hastelloy.
If necessary, this equipment is heated with vapour, water or thermic oil. For cooling purposes, there are cooling towers and cooling units as well as cooling/heating brine facilities.
