Mixing
When mixing different substances and substrates, success is defined in terms of precise controlling of particle size, volume, mass, viscosity, and temperature – just to name a few. With our mixing facility, we are able to deliver the required performance for a wide range of requirements.
Mixing facilities: our capacities
For our mixing/coating division, we are currently operating 18 mixing units with capacities from 300 to 12,000 litres. All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products are made from stainless steel/glass-lined, some of them with a glossy finish. Viscous materials, like e.g. waxes, can be melted in heating chambers and prepared for the coating.

Apart from the coating of solid materials with liquids, we can always prepare solid/solid or liquid/liquid mixes, as well.
The mixing units are partly coolable/heatable, and can be individually adapted for a wide range of demands thanks to various mixing tools, cutter heads and shaft rotation speeds.

In the area of mixing, we can take over an efficient mix of a wide range of products, among them: silica, dye additives, separating agents for plastic products, petrochemical additives, construction chemicals additives, rubber additives, super absorbents as well as preliminary products for the pharmaceutical industry.
