Mixing
For our mixing/coating division, we are currently operating 10 mixing units with capacities from 300 to 12,000 litres. All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products are made from stainless steel/glass-lined, some of them with a glossy finish.

All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products are made from stainless steel/glass-lined, some of them with a glossy finish.Viscous materials, like e.g. waxes, can be melted in heating chambers and prepared for the coating. Apart from the coating of solid materials with liquids, we can always prepare solid/solid or liquid/liquid mixes, as well.
The mixing units are partly coolable/heatable, and can be individually adapted for a wide range of demands thanks to various mixing tools and shaft rotation speeds.
Examples for product segments: Silica, dye additives, separating agents for plastic products, petrochemical additives, construction chemicals additives, rubber additives, super absorbents as well as preliminary products for the pharmaceutical industry.
