Grinding
Grinding is more than just getting big particles smaller – during commission grinding in particular, the right grinding technique is very important. ProChem GmbH is able to ideally master the different forms of grinding.
Grinding aggregates: coordinated sizes
For your grinding needs, we are operating different grinding aggregates like air jet mills, classifier mills, hammer mills, pin mills or sifting mills, with different rotor diameters. The aggregates are pressure resistant and impact resistant up to 10 bar. All parts of our facility that come into direct contact with the products are made from stainless steel. Currently, our facilities comply with the requirements of class ST1 and ST2, retrofitting to ST3 is possible.
