ProChem 66649 Oberthal
In Oberthal (Saarland) near St. Wendel, Industrial Zone Wallfeld 12-14, our company headquarters, we have been operating different commission production facilities, in particular synthesis and drying plants, since 2000 on our premises comprising more than 30,000 m².
The current capacity of the production facility area is about 2,000 m². In order to stock our customers’ products until shipping, we have at our disposal a warehouse of more than 1,000 m².
ProChem 64807 Dieburg
March 2009 marks the takeover of our Dieburg factory, located at Industriestrasse 19–21 (formerly James Robinson GmbH) in Dieburg (in the Darmstadt-Dieburg administrative district). On an area of 23,000 m², there are two production facilities, vacuum drying facilities, mixers, milling and sifting facilities, a warehouse to store dangerous goods, a laboratory, a production hall, a pilot plant station, a waste water treatment plant, exhaust air combustion, fire extinction water system and the required peripheral facilities necessary for toll manufacturing according to cGMP and FDA.
ProChem 64625 Bensheim
In August 2011, ProChem GmbH took over a chemical location in 64625 Bensheim (formerly Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings). The premises located at Berliner Ring 9 comprise 29.000 m² and 9.000 m² of production surface. Thanks to this new location, we were able to considerably increase our possibilities for grinding, micronising, mixing, sifting and packaging.
ProChem 64653 Lorsch
In February 2007, a ProChem GmbH subsidiary was opened at Bensheimer Straße 103-105 in Lorsch (Southern Hesse). Thanks to the outstanding infrastructure of the location right next to the A67 motorway, this location offers a number of logistics advantages for our clients.
